Charles Segal’s resume of musical collaborations read like a who’s who of the greatest artists of all-time including legendary artists Tony Bennet, Duke Ellington, Marilyn Monroe, and Frank Sinatra to name a few! He also holds the Guiness Book of World Records honor as The Most Recorded Pianist in History clocking in with close to 12,000 recordings.  

His storied international career spans seven decades and includes composition, education, musical theater, and he was a founding member of South Africa’s performing rights organization SAMRO.  

APM is proud to release two volumes of Charles Segal’s compositions on our APMC catalog.  Pop Vocals Vol. 1 is a collection of recordings from the 1950s – 1970s with various vocal styles and moods. Here are some highlights: 

Kids Songs Vol.1 harkens back to the days of classic animated cartoons with funny voices and bouncy fun melodic hooks. Each track features character voices and lyrics about a fictional cartoon character. These tracks are the perfect soundtrack for diegetic source music or as a fun throwback.
